About ToolHuts

ToolHuts is a free collection of visual, interactive tools for measuring, fitting, building, cutting, printing, planning and making things in the physical world - wheels and tyres, workshop templates, sheet-metal patterns, cut lists, railings, pallets and more.

Many results include a diagram or an exact-scale printable template because geometry is often easier to check visually. Depending on the tool, you may also be able to download, print or share the result.

Almost everything runs entirely in your browser. There is no login, no account and no subscription. ToolHuts is supported by display advertising, which is never placed inside a tool's inputs, over a diagram, or in a way that interrupts you before you get your result.

The site is built and maintained as an ongoing, independently run project - not a large company. If a formula looks wrong or a tool is missing something you need, send us the details so we can investigate.
