Calculateur de Pile de Cales pour Règle Sinus

Calculez la hauteur de règle sinus et trouvez une combinaison courte de cales étalons métriques proche de la cible.

mm
deg
Target height50.0000mm
Suggested stack50.000mm
Stack total50.0000mm
Height error0.0µm
Achieved angle30.00000deg

Suggested blocks come from a representative metric set. Confirm every size exists in your own set and use calibrated deviations for precision work.

Fonctionnement

How to use it: enter the certified roller-centre distance and target angle. The tool calculates height, then searches a representative metric gauge-block set for a short stack near that height.

Formula. Stack height = sine bar length x sin(angle). The combination search works in one-micron increments and reports residual height and achieved angle.

Example. A 100 mm sine bar at 30 degrees needs a nominal 50.000 mm stack.

Résultat principal: Target height: 50.0000 mm.

Avant d’utiliser le résultat

  • Measure from the datum or reference edge described by this tool, and do not mix inside, outside and centerline dimensions.
  • Keep inputs in the displayed units and preserve more precision than the final cutting or purchasing tolerance requires.
  • When the result is close to a limit, verify it with a test piece, field measurement, manufacturer drawing or qualified project professional.

Limites

This is a nominal planning aid, not a calibration certificate. Verify available block sizes, individual calibration corrections, wringing condition, temperature, cleanliness, bar calibration and setup direction. Never force an unstable stack.

Questions fréquentes

Why limit the block count?

Shorter stacks are generally easier to wring and handle. Increase the limit only if your set cannot make a close combination.
