Calculadora de Ángulos de Altavoces Surround 5.1 y 7.1

Trace posiciones simétricas de altavoces 5.1 o 7.1 a partir de ángulos de escucha de referencia y un radio editable.

m
LRSLSR
L30 leftdeg
R30 rightdeg
SL110 leftdeg
SR110 rightdeg

Angles are measured from the screen-centre direction at the main listening position. The chosen points sit on a common radius for a clear plan view.

Cómo funciona

How to use it: choose 5.1 or 7.1 and enter the nominal speaker distance from the main seat. The plan plots a symmetric reference layout.

Method. Front left/right use 30 degrees. The 5.1 surrounds use 110 degrees; 7.1 uses 100-degree sides and 145-degree rears.

Example. At a 2.2 m radius, a 110-degree surround is 2.07 m to the side and 0.75 m behind the listener.

Antes de usar el resultado

  • Measure from the datum or reference edge described by this tool, and do not mix inside, outside and centerline dimensions.
  • Keep inputs in the displayed units and preserve more precision than the final cutting or purchasing tolerance requires.
  • When the result is close to a limit, verify it with a test piece, field measurement, manufacturer drawing or qualified project professional.

Limitaciones

These are horizontal centre-line starting angles measured from the screen direction at the main seat. Published ranges, room boundaries, multiple rows, speaker type and ear-height clearance can change actual positions. Check the official guide for your exact speaker layout.

Preguntas frecuentes

Are these Dolby's only allowed angles?

No. Published layout guides provide ranges. These centre values offer a clean starting point, but your product documentation and room constraints take priority.
